Fees and Payments:

‍Non-Refundable Fees: All fees for services provided by OtherWayAround (The Agency) are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in specific cases of termination as outlined under “Refund Eligibility” section. This policy includes all one-time fees and other charges related to the services the agency provides.

Refund Eligibility:

‍Termination by Customer: If the client  terminates  services due to a breach of contract by the Agency the client may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered as of the termination date.

Discontinuation of Services:

‍In the rare event that The Agency discontinues a service that the client has already paid for, The agency will either offer a comparable service for migration or provide a refund for the unused portion of the prepaid services.

Cancellation Policy:

‍Service Cancellations: All service agreements are binding for the specified term. In the event that client wishes to cancel before the end of the term, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered or currently in progress. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via confirmed email.

Service Fulfillment: The Agency aims to deliver top-notch mobile marketing services in a timely and professional manner. ‍Privacy and Security: The Agency takes the security of clients' personal and payment information seriously. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems, ensuring your payment information is encrypted and protected.
